Cisco Campus Store, San Jose

SITE: The existing merchandise store in a general office building located on Cisco Systems’ campus in Silicon Valley. The store is located off the general office lobby and is adjacent to the campus cafeteria.

BRIEF: The company’s marketing team was looking for an immersive retail environment that reflected brand personality and met internal program needs. The store’s location next to the campus cafeteria presented an opportunity to reinvent the all-day experience for employees and visitors to the premises.

DESIGN: An overarching design concept rooted in fostering connections between people and proprietary technology solutions, that showcases curated merchandise, and generates company pride. Seasonal story-telling was brought to life with activated narratives and a strategic journey map through the store.
